I'm quite pleased that today is election day, and I hope for the good of the country that a decisive victory is had by whoever the people of America lawfully choose.
This election cycle didn't really rev me up or interest me much, beyond a few moments here and there. Neither side seemed very interested in the sole issue that motivated me, Covid-era tyranny and the attempted vaccination mandates handed down by the criminal Biden regime. That said, I of course didn't vote for the representative of that regime.
I checked out of the election hype fairly early and spent my time and energy on things mostly unrelated to politics. Although I tracked various astrological transits as a form of divination (with decidedly mixed results), I mostly worked on other medium scale personal projects. I found it far more pleasant than being triggered by "hot button" issues I don't care much about. I've seen a lot of people of both political stripes pushed to psychological extremes this year, and frankly it doesn't seem to be doing any of them much good.
Well! There are my election day musings for posterity. What a long and strange four years it's been.
